The annual TCM Health Screening at CDAC’s Ready-for-School event is back and we are recruiting volunteer physicians!
CDAC is a non-profit self-help group for the Chinese community and the event aims to benefit lower income families by encouraging taking ownership of one’s health and equipping them with greater knowledge to look after their own health.
Other than CMAA hosting a health screening station and a TCM workshop, there will be DUKE-NUS conducting medical checks and an eye screening station as well. We can expect to conduct diagnosis, ear seed therapy and herbal prescribtion for up to 300 beneficiaries (past year statistics), and we will definitely need all the help in this meaningful event. 🙂
